1. Who we are and scope
合同会社Lefsenlayerco (a limited liability company (Godo Kaisha), “we”, “us”) runs a recording studio at 目黒区中目黒1-5-8 レフセンビル3F, 153-0061, Tokyo, Japan. We explain here how we handle personal information on lefsenlayerco.digital and in e-mail, phone and in-person dealings, under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and related rules.

This applies to visitors, people who contact us or book services, and performers recorded in session. When a business client asks us to record third parties, we act as a processor under our data processing agreement; the client remains responsible toward those individuals.
2. Information we collect
Contact form: name, e-mail, optional phone, requested service, optional date, project description. We cannot quote or check availability without required fields.
Booking and delivery: billing details, project and artist names, correspondence, bank references. Card payments at the studio use the acquirer’s terminal; we do not store card numbers.
Audio and project files: voice and performance can identify a person. We process them to deliver the service, including up to 2 revision rounds where agreed in our terms, and archive for about 12 months.
Technical data: host さくらインターネット株式会社 may keep connection logs (IP, time, URL, browser) for security. We store your cookie-banner choice in browser local storage (key lfsn_consent_v1, 182 days)—see Cookie policy.
We do not routinely collect sensitive health data. The online form is aimed at adults aged 18 or over; sessions for minors are arranged by a guardian.
3. Purposes of use
- Answering enquiries (target within 2 business days) and sending quotes or availability
- Managing bookings and delivering Vocal recording, Mixing, Mastering, Band recording, Podcast recording and related work
- Invoicing, qualified invoices at 10% consumption tax included in listed prices, and statutory bookkeeping (generally about seven years)
- Handling complaints, defending legal claims, fulfilling contract duties
- Securing the website (abuse prevention, log review)
- Remembering consent choices if optional trackers are ever enabled
We do not sell personal data, run newsletters for marketing, or use your audio for unrelated profiling.

After the period we delete or anonymise data unless law requires longer storage.
5. Recipients and outsourcing
We share or entrust data only as needed:

6. Cross-border transfer
Primary hosting is in Japan through さくらインターネット株式会社. FormSubmit operates in the United States; form content may pass through US servers. We rely on contractual and organisational safeguards with providers and limit data to what you submit.
To avoid that route, e-mail [email protected] or call 03-5724-8910 directly; we handle the request the same way.
7. Security
HTTPS, restricted staff access, strong passwords, encrypted workstations, locked premises outside sessions, controlled backups, and deletion after the archive period. If a breach likely affects your rights, we will take steps required under APPI, including notification to the Personal Information Protection Commission and to you where appropriate.
8. Your rights
You may request notice of purposes, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of third-party provision concerning your personal data held by us.

10. Voice, image and AI
We use recordings only to deliver agreed work. We do not publish session audio or photos on our site or social channels without your written permission. We do not use client recordings to train or test AI or create voice clones without explicit written consent from the person concerned.
